Nice and close location for me, and convenient that they offer a courtesy shuttle if the service will take a little longer time and you need a ride to/from your home. However, when I dropped off my vehicle, I was told I would be able to be given a ride home within 20 or 30 minutes, but it ended up taking a little over an hour, which would have been fine if they told me that upfront, but was disappointing since I was given the expectation that it would be quicker. Everyone who I interacted with there was very kind and pleasant. The cost seemed higher than it needed to be for the service that I had done on my pickup truck, so I hope that it was done properly and thoroughly. More

I visited the Lockport location for an oil change on June 11th. This was my first time bringing my car to this store. I went in with a concern about my brakes and was sent away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I returned when called to pick it up and was n away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I had to ask about what was discovered during the service in turn I was told there was no active codes and nothing is wrong with my car. My car didn't brake twice while driving and that doesn't just randomly happen. I was not told if a full brake inspection was completed or anything at all. The best part of my service at this location was David who saw my license plate was falling off and took the time to screw it back on even when it became a bigger problem because it originally wasn't put on properly when I bought it. I was very frustrated I was sent away with no answers or communication. More
