Setting up the appointment was super easy and when I got there I was greeted right away and treated wonderfully. Received the phone call about the problem and how much it would be. A bunch of snakes and liers, They will keep you there 6 hours while they did three sales at once. I am 82 years old and at the end of the day I was exhausted. I was told I had to get gap insurance or the b hours while they did three sales at once. I am 82 years old and at the end of the day I was exhausted. I was told I had to get gap insurance or the bank would not give me a loan it cost me $1,500. When I called the bank they told me I did not need gap insurance they lied to me. I only had one key fob and no carpet pads they told me to come back the next day and said the car was a certified used car 2024 as is. Called the sales manager and told me he could sell me a new fab at cost $385 went to another Kia dealer and got it for $300 were I should of bought my car. Have not found one person I have talked to that had anything good to say about Bev Smith Kia or Toyota. More
