My husband and I were at the Dealership yesterday 4/19/24. Natasha came out to say hello and asked Chandler to further assist us (smh). I handed her the keys and Pat the used car manager came out to take pictures of vehicle and he was very rude he told my husband that the car was depreciated because of the tires and the way he spoke to my husband was degrading and rude my husband was so upset that he just sat in the car the whole time. I felt so humiliated by Pat felt so bullied and attacked by Pat not cool. Days before coming into the dealership I told Natasha that my credit was challenged because of a horrible divorce but Pat did not have to come out the second time to just trash talk me and belittle me about how bad my credit score was and how I’m over my mileage etc etc. he also told me I couldn’t get a Telluride because of my credit and how his time was being wasted if I didn’t have a good down payment he said was nasty and negative towards every time I said something he had something negative to say . Pat seemed annoyed and pissed off. He felt as though we were wasting his time So weird. The dealership knew and I knew prior to coming in that my credit score was not great however I should not be mistreated because of it. I told them I have cash for my down payment smh. I’ve been a car salesman for over 5 years and I never ever mistreated anyone because of their credit history, or their Race, this dealership should be ashamed of having someone like Pat working for their company. When I spoke to Dwayne Wade a couple of weeks ago he mentioned he could help me get into another vehicle with no problems but that I would have to purchase another Kia because of my overage on miles for my lease and Im ok with this, but Pat left a bad taste in mouth. He should never ever be allowed to approach a customer because he doesn’t have customer service skills and he is definitely not a people person. it’s terrible I’m pissed that he made my car buying experience horrible not good. Smh. No one should ever be mistreated like this regardless of their situation. More
