After completing our scheduled maintenance a few days ago, we decide to trade in our 1919 soul for a 2020 soul, and the transaction was exceptionally satisfactory. I have just leased my 4th car with Bev Smith KIA, a 2020 SPORTAGE EX from Ramon Smith. While I admit to being tempted by other manufactures...after CAREFUL investigation and also being asked by Frank Negon, SPORTAGE EX from Ramon Smith. While I admit to being tempted by other manufactures...after CAREFUL investigation and also being asked by Frank Negon, "to please see us first, before you buy" ... I found that nothing else compared and moreover, I had a 12 year relationship with this dealership as well and HAD ALWAYS BEEB TREATED SO WELL...it was really a NO BRAINER! I recommend this dealership with confidence. More
Battery issue Had owned vehicle for 5 years and was having problems with vehicle starting. Needed to have new battery installed. The service department was able to take care of everything while I was there so I did not have to make another trip. Everyone was helpful and courteous. More

Beware Buying a 2020 Telluride KIA here- Predatory Pricing This Dealer falsely claimed that they had installed $6000 worth of upgrades into the 2020 Telluride SUV we initially reviewed and rejected in their sh This Dealer falsely claimed that they had installed $6000 worth of upgrades into the 2020 Telluride SUV we initially reviewed and rejected in their showroom, however we eventually purchased on 9-29-2019 a standard 2020 KIA Telluride they acquired from another KIA dealer that had the exterior and interior colors we desired. They priced the Standard KIA they eventually delivered to us at the same inflated price as the showroom model, which was false, misleading, predatory, and defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. The GM dismissed this assertion when we confronted him about it and finally admitted that my assertion that only circa $500-$1000 of small and inconsequential upgrades were actually on the showroom car we rejected when it arrived at his dealership, and that the balance was pure profit, overcharging me to obtain same. His comment was that "Everybody beats us up on pricing, so once in a while we need to coup some more profits from selling these Tellurides at these prices" to which I replied" yes and at my expense". I was assigned to Mason who was very thorough in explaining the services that may and may not be needed for my Kia Sorento. I did not feel any kind of pressure to choose my options. He was straightforward and answered my few questions well. I chose to wait at the dealership which ended up to be about 3 hrs a little extended I thought. Overall it was a painless experience. More
