Routine Maintenance Service 11/17/19 We had an appt. for our routine maintenance. Our Service Advisor Jake exceeded our needs. He made sure the maintenance on our car 11/17/19 We had an appt. for our routine maintenance. Our Service Advisor Jake exceeded our needs. He made sure the maintenance on our car was completed in a timely manner. He found there was a nail in the tire; it was resolved & he advised us of any updates while we were waiting. Battery issue Had owned vehicle for 5 years and was having problems with vehicle starting. Needed to have new battery installed. Very good first time experience I was greeted warmly and quickly by RJ as soon as I drove in to the service bay. I was assigned to Mason who was very thorough in explaining the servi I was greeted warmly and quickly by RJ as soon as I drove in to the service bay. I was assigned to Mason who was very thorough in explaining the services that may and may not be needed for my Kia Sorento. I did not feel any kind of pressure to choose my options.
