PARAMOUNT though is my excellent service experience with this dealership. Of SPECIAL NOTE is my repeated interaction with BILL GENT in the service department. I had occasion to make use of the free tires and batteries for life program offered at this dealership due to punctures in my tires from road construction and also having him assist me during many of my scheduled maintenance appointments and find him knowledgeable, approachable, caring, thorough and is a BIG REASON WHY I intend to sustain my on going relationship with this dealership. He is an EXCELLENT representative of a true service professional. More

As far as customer service while waiting, EXCELLENT! The waiting area was clean and I was offered snakes and a sandwich and beverage. Better service than in any fast food. Cudos to Bill Gent who handled the paperwork that day. Explained everything that was done. More

Only reason I normally go to this dealership to have my car serviced is because it is the closest dealership for many miles near my home. This time I was pleasantly surprised. This was the best experience that I have had coming to this dealership (I have been coming here for just about 10 years). Everyone I interacted with was friendly and my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Now I don't have to dread coming here because of the previously bad customer service. I don't know what has changed but I recommend to keep up the good work. More
