Kia Dealership always amazes me! Every time I have visited Kia of Fort Pierce, my experience was exceptional. I usually request Bill for my service writer- From my very first visit h Every time I have visited Kia of Fort Pierce, my experience was exceptional. I usually request Bill for my service writer- From my very first visit he was the person I went to. During my last visit, I had a nail in one of my tires and was concerned about being able to get to my tired repaired in a hurry. I did not request Bill, not even knowing whether he was working that day or not. I had a service writer named Jacob that helped me- and again- service was exceptional. He was able to replace ALL my tires because I had that awesome "tires and batteries for life agreement". I was very pleased with the prompt service and polite customer service I was shown. Matter of fact, I did happen to see Bill during my visit, and he took the time out to see if I was taken care of. Ryan in the parts department had also questioned if I was taken care of. This dealership is awesome! And I really feel like part of the KIA family when I visit. Just sitting in the waiting room listening to all the Kia employees with their customers- they treat you like Gold. I was very happy with the great customer service I received from Jacob. I have a friend that is looking to buy a new vehicle in the near future- I cannot say enough good things about Kia of Fort Pierce and the great deals they have. Thumbs up to all the staff and the Manager that helped Jacob assist in receiving my new tires. More
