So, the person who handled Emma's service wrote to Emma to say that Emma said she would seek reimbursement from her warranty people. That's not exactly accurate. I understand it was more of a question. Further, your person said that she could not call the warranty people when we picked up the car because they were closed. In trying to find out whether we can get a reimbursement, which seems unlikely, I saw that their hours are until 9 PM. That's well after your closing time. Is there any way you can reverse the charge to my credit card and claim with FIdelity?
