I’ve taken my outback to Beyer for service for the last 3 years- always great. Unfortunately my last visit when they changed my rear differential fluid they neglected to tighten the bolt and it leaked all o years- always great. Unfortunately my last visit when they changed my rear differential fluid they neglected to tighten the bolt and it leaked all over my driveway- not a huge problem and they gave be a discount on my next service, which was nice. Next service oil change and tire rotation and a tire repair. Everything was fine, but they couldn’t fix the tire so they had to order one- I had to return the following day- again no problem. When I had the tire changed the following day- the new tire was the same location as before. Obviously they hadn’t rotated the tires. I talked to the advisor who told me they forgot to do it. They didn’t forget to charge me for it. The manager was gone for the day at that point. He did call the next day and I called him back- he wasn’t able to take my call and no follow up. My previous experiences were great and I never minded paying extra to ensure the car was maintained correctly- unfortunately the performance hasn’t been any better than the local mechanic down the street. More

Fairly prompt and good communication. I feel compelled to take my car here for service due to a very $$$ experience that i had to cover out of pocket with my last Subaru, but it's not I feel compelled to take my car here for service due to a very $$$ experience that i had to cover out of pocket with my last Subaru, but it's not cheap to get the car serviced at a dealership. We'll see how long I last. When I bought the car in Dec, they failed to put an inspection sticker on it, and I didn't notice. Luckily, I didn't get a ticket. They corrected the problem during my first service visit in May, but DMV keeps emailing me that it's time for inspection. I've asked the dealer to clear up the confusion...so far, zero response. More

Then Hakim guided us through the financing process, explaining every package and option thoroughly so we felt confident in all our choices. When everything was ready, they brought our new car around freshly washed and cleaned. Franco then took the time to go over all the details and features of the vehicle so we’d be completely comfortable before driving off. We left extremely happy with our new Ascent and couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service from the entire team. Franco even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well!
