Let’s set up a time for me to show you what it looks like now that the engine bay is covered excessively in whatever you use as a protective oily substance. I don’t need you to do anything, just acknowledge it so that it doesn’t happen to other owners. I rather take care of it myself to ensure it’s done right since your service department already had a chance to work on it twice. Finally, I wished this reviewed had a way to submit pictures.
