We have taken our Volvo 850 to Don Beyer for service several times since we bought it from them in 1995. We finally stopped doing so because incredible as it may seem, every time we got the car back so several times since we bought it from them in 1995. We finally stopped doing so because incredible as it may seem, every time we got the car back something else was broken or broke soon after. Recently, we received a recall notice to replace some seals in the fuel system and we used Don Beyer because he is the only Volvo dealer close by to us. The people were nice, we were given a loaner and the car was ready quickly the same day. When we got home with it the radio antenna stopped retracting automatically. When we called them, the service people were just astonished at the coincidence. We are not. Never Again. More

BJ and the other service personnel at Don Beyer Dulles have always provided a quality product. They have always set appropriate expectations and then met or exceeded those expectations on a consistent ba have always provided a quality product. They have always set appropriate expectations and then met or exceeded those expectations on a consistent basis.<br><br>I also have a BMW from a dealership acoss the street and the BMW service personnel know the benchmark they are being measured against.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles to anyone.
