I have had my Volvo XC60 serviced regularly over the last 6 years. Ali is always incredibly professional and courteous. Recently my Volvo required repair services (with the associated costs) that I hadn’t been expecting. Ali carefully explained the issues with my car and arranged a beautiful loaner for me to use for the day. The work was completed within a few hours and I was able to go about my day uninteruppted. The facility has recently undergone a renovation/modernization so the brief time I spent in the waiting area was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Free wifi is always a nice perk! More

They were kind, thoughtful, able to talk all the different features of their cars...no pressure. They were sincerely wanting to help me answer my needs and not just sell me a car. They were also fair on price, and did not do the usual pressure of extended warranties. They did offer them, but did not press or ask you 10 times like I have experienced in the past. They followed up several times after the sell to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. They also gave me a carfax of my car for life! If I love my Volvo as much as I enjoyed the buying experience they have won a customer for life! More
