First time in for service I took my car in for a recall and overall the process was very easy. I had no wait time and my loaner was ready. My only complaint is that I filled up my tank with gas before arriving and got it back with almost a quarter tank burned off. There weren’t many additional miles on it so it must have been left on running for a very long time. I did replace the fuel in my loaner which I should not have had to do considering I had my car in for a recall and they used a quarter tank of my gas while it was there. More
