Awful If you’re looking for a company that cares about their customers, don’t come here. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. For starters they to If you’re looking for a company that cares about their customers, don’t come here. I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. For starters they told me they’d give me my second key after we finished financing... but when we finished it up, they claimed they never said they had a second key and refused to get a key. They instantly turned it on me and claimed I heard then wrong... then claimed they told me there was no key. How about don’t tell a customer you’ll give them a key then don’t. Maybe just say from the beginning there was no key? I had to bring the car in two times to get it detailed while both it seemed like they did nothing but maybe sweep. For example, I brought the seat down in the back and found a Cheeto stuck to the back of it, yet they claim they detailed the car?! Not only that but sand on the seats and fingerprints on the touch screen. The people I talked to were rude, and very unhelpful. I also was told I would have 20 dollars of gas in my car when I picked it up after it was “detailed,” that didn’t happen. I was able to get a check for 20 dollars after going back two times. Today I went to cash that for gas, which is only available at the Shell across from them, so it was a bit out of my way. When I went to use the money, the card was declined. I called Big xxxxty and they responded with well we can’t do anything about that. Lastly, I have a car part that needed fixed, and was promised it would’ve been done when I first picked up the car, of course that wasn’t the case. When I called about my gas I also mentioned that two weeks ago that part was supposed to be in and I never received a call. They told me to call tomorrow because they can’t do anything today. I am fed up with this place and am letting everyone I know to go somewhere else. More

Patient and understanding dealership I worked with Kip and thought I had everything figured out then went home and was back the next day changing my mind. The whole team worked together to get something I was more comfortable with in my budget. I was not the most easy customer. They were very patient with me and my undecisiveness. I ended up getting a great car at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone. Especially kip. Thank you everyone there :) More
