Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience, but I'd like to clarify a few things if I could, please. At the time you purchased your truck, it had over 131k miles on it.which is why an extended service contract was a part of your sale. The service Contract you received had the highest level of coverage available. With your deal paperwork, you were given a copy of the signed contract along with a comprehensive list of what was/was not covered and all terms and conditions that may apply. On page 5 of that contract, it clearly lists the Limit of Liability terms. which states for vehicles from "125,001 to 150,000 Miles: Per Repair Visit: The Administrator's limit of liability for any one-repair visit shall in no event exceed $2,500.00 or the actual cash value of Your Vehicle at the time of said repair visit according to the most recently published NADA Guide for Trade In Value, whichever is less." I am sorry you misunderstood about the extent of the coverage, but this is why you were provided with a copy of the contract. If you would like to discuss things further, feel free to give our finance department a call at 260.212.1111 and they can go over service contract information with you in more detail.
