They are amazing highly recommend So, after being turned down from Big City cars a few months back, I had been car shopping again recently, in desperate need of a vehicle went to many So, after being turned down from Big City cars a few months back, I had been car shopping again recently, in desperate need of a vehicle went to many lots and got turned down one place turned me down for working thru a temp service, anyway as i was giving up hope to get a vehicle and giving up on looking anymore JaMarcus just happened to call out of the blue and I explained my situation he got right on it and I now am the owner of a van. Although JaMarcus was'nt there the next day when i came back to make my purchase he went above and beyond to make sure i was in a vehicle. His co worker Terrence Randall helped me the day I came back and made the purchase again very courteous and our experience was the best. I highly recommend Big City cars to anyone. I have even been handing out their business cards out at work to people looking for a vehicle. I will go back there again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. There just out to make money and take advantage of you dont buy from them they need to be closed down there crooks. More

Excellent friendly service I first visited Big City Cars 6 months ago and began dealing with Terrence. They were able to finance us at the time but we decided against buying a truck since they were not going to be able to take my van as a trade in. Well after my husband totaled out his car last week I decided I was going to start looking for a car at Big City Cars. Someone began helping me and when I walked inside Terrence waved me over because he remembered me even after 6 months. We walked around the lots and when I saw the car we bought I knew that one was the one I wanted hoping my husband would like it. Turns out he did. Terrence said that they would do what they could to keep the payment as low as possible. He was figuring 275 up to about 360. When he showed me what the payment was going to be it was 248. The finance department did a great job getting us funding for a car. Everyone there are extremely nice and helpful. They did a great job! More
