Leeanna, Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience with the dealership, and we appreciate the compliments about our sales and service team. Our team strives for complete customer satisfaction 100% of the time. I have spoken with everyone involved here at the dealership to get a better understanding of what transpired with you. I am sorry that you had issues with the vehicle that occurred after the purchase. At the time you purchased the vehicle, it was in good working order. There was nothing put on a work order for us to do as part of the sale. You did receive a service contract (warranty) with the purchase of the vehicle that covers a defined set of repairs within a specified time-frame/mileage term. When you returned to us with the issue you had, we found that it was, unfortunately, not covered under the warranty, and also something we did not have the proper equipment to repair in house. I was told our service department then referred you to a couple other repair facilities that we work with, but they weren't able to do the work either, so you took it to a shop on your own where, I was told, they corrected the issue with the vehicle. Our team put forth every effort to get you taken care of; we just ran out of available options for us to use. Amber, I'm sorry you felt you had an unpleasant experience here at the dealership. I looked into everything that transpired during your visit. As you even said in your review, the trade offer is for "up to" $5,555 more for your trade. The ad also states to see dealer for complete details. The various offers in the ad (Up To $5,555 more for your trade, payments as low as $79 a month, pay off lease or loan) cannot be combined with each other or other offers. Certain aspects of a car deal are also up to the discretion of the banks and lenders. I have spoken with the owner, and he has instructed me to offer you $6,000 for your trade contingent on you being able to find a bank that is willing to fund a car loan with those stipulations. Again, I am sorry your experience wasn't as good as we strive for them to be. Should you have any other questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 260.212.1111
