Was just looking I had a really good experience at Big City Cars. I was tired of sliding around in the old truck I had. I went in to Big City Cars with no big hopes of buying anything. I had had some problems with medical bills in the past, which had lowered my credit score. Damien was the salesman I worked with. Damien was a down to earth vet that treated very good. I explained what I was looking for and without being pushy or overbearing, Damien was able to put me in the car I wanted, with the price and payment I was wanting. If your looking for a newer ride, I do not hesitate to recommend, to go see the staff at Big City Cars. Terrance and Shawn Amazing! Terrance was our car dealer and he was absolutely awesome! I was on my way to work yesterday morning (12/8/17) and my car died on me, just a mile or t Terrance was our car dealer and he was absolutely awesome! I was on my way to work yesterday morning (12/8/17) and my car died on me, just a mile or two away from work. It wouldn’t start and I didn’t know what to do. I had heard something just that morning on the radio about how Big City takes anything as trade ins. I called big city cars and got Terrance who listened when I told him what happened and he said we’ll take your old car as part of a trade and we just need this much for a down payment. I told him when I would get there as I was at lunch. Once there he let me drive the vehicle he suggested for me. He got us into a 2015 Chevy Malibu within our price range and had Shawn help us finalize the details. Both Sean and Terrance were extremely helpful, understanding and caring. When it’s time to upgrade my girlfriends car we will be going back. Terrance see you in a couple years! Thank you so very much and Merry Christmas! More
