Bought my son his first car. Bought it jan 13, it died jan 23. Been in the shop ever since. "As is" is not an excuse to put just anything on the lot. Clearly the service department put a lemon out there. Battery, electrical problems. Currently 600 dollars and climbing for repairs. Could have given 7500 dollars to charity if I just wanted to write a check. Told the salesman we would be purchasing two brand new cars later this year if this goes well. It didn't. Lost a couple big sales. Obviously people were friendly though. More

I went to Big City cars in early January and the visit was a disaster. I got the car I wanted but, the finance part of the visit was horrible. This is our 2nd time buying a vehicle from and both visits we was a disaster. I got the car I wanted but, the finance part of the visit was horrible. This is our 2nd time buying a vehicle from and both visits were horrible. Salesman didn't know what he was doing, then after leaving the lot with the car we are still asked to provide more proof of income and a header from our insurance company with the lenders name on it. Will never buy another auto from them or recommend them to the public. More

these people are thieves. Bought a truck and the dealer switched the tires off of a f250 and put rancid tires on my 150. They are crooks and not to be trusted. They have a bad rating and are not to be trusted. Save your money and buy elsewhere to avoid being ripped off. More
