I bought a malibu last year from them. I had nothing but problems with it. The oil was dirty and tires were in bad shape. That was on day 1 of having the car. Bought an overpriced 2015 traverse was happy with the vehicle at first owned for about 2 weeks and had to take it back for the power steering pump and random sensors, we were told it was brand new and ha vehicle at first owned for about 2 weeks and had to take it back for the power steering pump and random sensors, we were told it was brand new and had a lifetime warranty on the pump. They then kept the car for about 4-5 days while the service guy burnt holes in the seat and we find out the pump was never even replaced, it had now been a little over a year and pump out again, we called to see about getting it fixed and asking about the warranty only to be screamed at by the child owner saying we just wanted free xxxx, xxxx poor place to deal with!! As a owner your a real xxx screaming and hanging up on us if you were told you had a warranty on a new part I’m sure you would ask About it also! We will never be back for anything and would recommend staying far away!!! More

Horrible experience. Given an offer on my car a week ago then lied To my face saying there is no way that was possible then tried telling me my car was broken to save their own xxx on the offer given. Excuse after excuse then me shutting down that excuse to guess what, another excuse. Worst experience ever from a dealer. Highly recommend NOT going to this joke of a store! More

Was lied to by service department Before I purchased the vehicle I noticed 4 things wrong. The back hatch wouldn't open, the passenger side power mirror didn't work, the rear auxil Before I purchased the vehicle I noticed 4 things wrong. The back hatch wouldn't open, the passenger side power mirror didn't work, the rear auxiliary port didn't work and the light for the gear indicator didn't work. They said they would fix all 4 problems and the only one they fixed was the rear hatch. They told me that they investigatigated the gear indicator light and the rear auxiliary port and they determined it was a wiring problem because they were both running on the same circuit. They said they were only allotted a specific amount of time per vehicle to fix problems and they spent all of said time fixing the rear hatch and investigating the gear indicator light & rear auxiliary port. That was a lie. I determined by investigating on my own that the bulb was blown on the gear indicator and the wire harness for the rear auxiliary port was disconnected. If they actually investigated those 2 things they would have seen that they were very simple fixes. More

sold me a car that over priced that was only worth 9k on KBB i went to big city cars to trade in my 2008 Ford Taurus and they told me they couldnt let me trade it because i was 2k upside down but got me in a 201 i went to big city cars to trade in my 2008 Ford Taurus and they told me they couldnt let me trade it because i was 2k upside down but got me in a 2015 Malibu Ls signed for 13,955 but with taxes and fees came up to 15,135 with 4k in interest the car on KBB was only worth 9k trade in before i bought it so i got ripped off and now i will be contacting the BBB for answers and get the remainder of my car payed off would not recommend anyone to go to this place they say i payed more at auction but in reality its a entrapmigo which means anything to get you in the door More

Awesome Experience I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I stopped in and looked around. My sales person (Bob - I think he was one of the owners or managers) was great.
