Very disappoint their work and service. I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old one, but they haven't completed the processing, causing my previous loan company to continue charging me. Loan company said that they didn't receive the payoff amount yet. Despite over 3 weeks passing since my vehicle purchase, they still haven't received the payoff amount, and I'm unable to get in touch with anyone there. Leaving messages hasn't yielded any response either. It sounds incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Don't go there! More
