It has been weeks now with no answers or any help after the purchase. They will also hold your money in hopes of you giving up. This place is just as shady as it was 4 years ago and they have not changed. They throw on a great facade, but that is all that Big Red Kia has to offer a customer is a facade, a lack of service, and a lack of respect for the customer. I would not only take my business elsewhere I would not waste a dime with this company. All Big Red Kia is out to do is screw you over. Now where the xxxx is my money! Ryan the finance manager hung up on me cause he can’t do his job right and thinks lying is okay. When called out on that he said we’re done and hung up on me. I didn’t even cuss at him. Maybe you should get someone with some real stones to do your finance. I’m now waiting on hold with what I assume they call a receptionist. We are now 35 minutes in with nothing. Last I called was 2 weeks ago and I was told someone would call me back. 2 weeks later no one has made an attempt to contact me. Ryan now has told me it’s 10-12 weeks. So what’s is it, is it 4-6 weeks or 10-12 weeks? Why hang up when you get called out on it? Sounds like you need a new profession green pea. Now I’m still holding for a manager we are now 40 minutes in. I hope this helps show you how Big Red Kia does business. I will be sure to let the BBB, Facebook, Google, xxxx I might even make a Yelp at this point just for Big Red Kia. So, finally got a floor manager to pick up that phone! I guess when you have people like Ryan and if your finance department sucks you gotta get the sales managers to try and help, anyhow the sales manager let me know he would look into it. I will happily update the review once complete. Granted they fed me that grass 2 weeks ago and never called me back. Gotta be the biggest joke of a business in the car industry.
