2nd time taking our vehicle for service at this location, the first time was a very bad experience roughly 2 years ago, took vehicle in due to an air bag service light. We were contacted saying the AC was an issue but don't worry it was covered by our extended warranty we purchased. They filed and opened a claim on their own for a 3K bill, received the car back a week later, AC never gave us issues before unsure why it was an issue with this trip. I tried to give them a second chance, took vehicle in for same air bag service light, received quote for repairs after diagnostic of $6,525.13. Reseal timing cover $2041.23, Replace spark Plugs $591.94, Perform Collant Flush $312.57, Replace Serpentine Belt $285.25, Fuel Injector Service $464.92, Throttle Body Service $269.95, Brake Flush VWT3 $289.95, Replace Thermostat $875.82 Diagnose Head Lamp $275.66, Perform Wiring Repair $749.86, Battery Test Results $ 367.98. Immediately told them no and to give me my car back, mind you this was after me calling all day for a status of my vehicle and spoken very rude to from a woman, sorry I didn't catch her name. I went in to pick up the vehicle and they told me the battery was bad, and I may have to jump it to get it to start but they can't give me a jump, watched the service man walk to the car press the remote get in my car and start it with no issues. Took vehicle straight to Autozone for a battery test, good battery test, this was a month ago and still no issues, next day head light goes out, changed the bulb and again have had no issues with the battery. Took vehicle to local mechanic for $1600 in repairs, coolant thermostat, tune up, struts and some small things. I will never go back to this location, and I feel like a fool I tried to give them a second chance. More

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Big Star. My experience with Estefany was particularly frustrating. I was never contacted with updates regarding my vehicle, which remained at the dealership for four days without any apparent progress. Each time, I had to reach out on my own to get any information. I was initially informed that the diagnostic process would take approximately 48 hours. What I didnāt expect was that I would have to call and remind them that my vehicle was still sitting in their lot, seemingly forgotten. It took eight days of my Jeep sitting at the dealershipāand $300 in rental car feesājust to be told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicleās AC system. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I felt unwelcome. Estefany appeared disinterested and preoccupied with personal conversations with coworkers, making it seem as though assisting me was an inconvenience. Her demeanor and lack of attention left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Big Star for future service. I would rather take my business elsewhere, even if it means going out of my way. More
