Not pleased . Car comes back unfinished. Not happy customer. I have to call them and bring the car back in to have them finish with they were supposed to finish. Car comes back unfinished. I brought my Fiat in to Big Star for the state inspection. Moved gracefully through their Express check-in., out the door with a passed inspection in a short amount of time. The service center needs training! I have put my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in this shop 5 times for the same issue, which has never been fixed and still is not fixed. It stays in the shop t I have put my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in this shop 5 times for the same issue, which has never been fixed and still is not fixed. It stays in the shop two weeks sometimes three weeks without a loner. So I am just left without a vehicle and the vehicle still has not been fixed yet. My truck only has 38,000 miles on it and now they are telling me it is out of warranty, so when it happens again which it will, I am expected to pay for it that is ludicrous. I have filed a complaint 5 times with ram support hoping this issue will get resolved some kind of way by somebody. My next step is to go to the local media to get a some sort of assistance. Can somebody please help me with this issue I am at my wit's end!!!!!! More
