Hit and miss here sometimes. Started off with 1 hour wait time (this is about average) then after 2 hours past I had to see what was going on. Come to find out my truck was ready Started off with 1 hour wait time (this is about average) then after 2 hours past I had to see what was going on. Come to find out my truck was ready and my service guy was busy enjoying his lunch I guess. I believe if you quite 1Hr you now have entered into an agreement to fulfill or at least update if a longer wait time will occur not leaving the customer to wonder what foolishness is going on. Do better and provide an experience beyond belief that you are at a dealership is what every customer returns for not ………. More
