My only issue is making an appointment at service center is misleading. Don’t know why an appointment is needed if the only purpose is to get in the que for car repair and it can take several days before th is misleading. Based on my experience it’s a first come first served business structure with no appointment needed. Please make it clear on the website for the customer to better plan for being without a vehicle for a week. My repair was not complicated at it took 6 days to repair. More
