The service members are very thorough and professional. I stopped by to get an oil change and my tires rotated, they finished within 45 minutes, and also done a small detail as well. Waited over a month for the part and needed to call weekly for a statusss. After the expected arrival dates changed 5 times, I called the part supplier directly. After receiving more inaccurate details weekly for a statusss. After the expected arrival dates changed 5 times, I called the part supplier directly. After receiving more inaccurate details from them, I continued calling the dealership another 5 times over a few weeks and the manager finally decided to escalate the issue. A week or so later, the part arrives and I work with the advisor to work with the tech to coordinate a day I could have the repair completed same day, seeing as though I already waited extremely long to have this issue repaired (after it was incorrectly “fixed” the first two times I brought it). The advisor never called me back and I needed to stop by the shop in person to get the answer I needed. I waited another week and brought my car in right at 7am at the scheduled time just for the tech and advisor to not be present until later that day. I feel the issue of a part not arriving on time in a normal scenario is not a big deal, but when you add the fact that my car has been in this shop twice before within the last two months for the same noise that had ultimately been identified by this part that claimed to be en route. Overall, the advisor was bad at following up/doing things she said she would, the dealership lacks transparency and urgency, and the experience was annoying to deal with and time consuming and stressful for avoidable reasons: better communication and follow ups. Aside from this, I’ve had my oil changed twice recently and each time I ask to ensure the sticker in the car is changed so I can monitor the date/mileage and the techs did not do it. Everybody here lacks attention to detail and I likely will never be back again after 4 years of coming here. Before this it was the fact the website allows 50 appointments a day but the techs service 5 cars, meaning you are stuck with a rental until whenever they say so (no understanding of how to estimate when a service will be started, let alone completed). Now I realize there is a bigger issue here that I will never deal with again. More
