Because of the part, it took about three months to get my car “fixed,” but after driving it for ten minutes, the AC quit working again. One extra part was added for the last fix, and the other extra part is for this new fix. I feel like the technician has been trouble shooting the issue by changing parts to what fixes it. Vincent has been amazing; I asked him to take over for Mehma because she was not communicating with me about my issue, and she said I needed to spend over $10,000 in repairs since my car will hit 50,000 miles in the next year or so. She also wouldn’t send me any estimates or any type of paperwork. I just wanted my car fixed by an expert; unfortunately, I will have to take it to a local shop because of the issues I’ve faced. The worst part is I feel like I spent three months and $1,000 not including my time for finding the part that no one could find and purchasing that part—for nothing. More
