Service team needs additional training and knowledge on the Konerstone car warranties sold by the Dealership. On two separate warranty service visits at the dealership the customer was giving incorrect inf the Konerstone car warranties sold by the Dealership. On two separate warranty service visits at the dealership the customer was giving incorrect information about the warranty coverage resulting in the need to get the service director involved to straighten out the issue. Without the service director intervention, nothing would have been completed as scheduled which should have been a routine warranty service visit. More
