Every time I come here there is a major up sell of services. Some of which were completed previously by this dealership. Even with an appointment was almost 3 hours for just an oil change. My vehicle services. Some of which were completed previously by this dealership. Even with an appointment was almost 3 hours for just an oil change. My vehicle sat outside ready to go for over a half hour before I was told it was ready. When I received my paperwork the address was totally incorrect as well as my email, had me a state I've never lived. More

I paid $200 for a brake flush and I dispute that you even attempted it, brake fluid is clear of amber colored when new, after your 2 attempts it still looks like maple syrup.. who ever said they did the work attempted it, brake fluid is clear of amber colored when new, after your 2 attempts it still looks like maple syrup.. who ever said they did the work lied. My problems with the USB hub on the front dash started with the first hot weather in early June 2024. My Ram 1500 was only 3 month old. June – August 2024 – left numerous messages on the phone for Mehma with the first hot weather in early June 2024. My Ram 1500 was only 3 month old. June – August 2024 – left numerous messages on the phone for Mehma about the USB charging problem – she never returned a single call 11-5-24 – spoke with Steven Garcia (service manager since July) Scheduled recall scratch, dent, and leather scratch to be looked at – 10am Delt with Josh 2-25-25 update – spoke with Josh - USB part has not come in yet – in stock in Louisiana – may be able to bring in – told him about the door lock button and “key fob not found” issues – he said it might just need an update 3-31-25 text from Josh – I should have a rental by Thursday 4-22-25 walked in and spoke with Jason in service – he said he would escalate my issues. 4-25-25 spoke with Jason on the phone – he promised to have a manager get back with me 5-3-25 walked in and spoke with Jasmin Rodriguez in service 832-736-7778 – she promised to call me back on Monday the 5th 5-6-25 called service, spoke with Whiley, asked for Steven Garcia to call me back 5-7-25 received text message from Josh – no rental, no leather repair, no dent repair, no oil change – USB, Key Fob, & Door locks repairs maybe in 2 days. 5-7-25 called and spoke with Lora – she said she would escalate my issue again – I also left message for the general manager, Ryan Davis 5-8-25 – Steven Garcia actually called me – says he can fix the USB, oil change and key fob in 2 hours – says that the leather scratch is not covered – they will provide an Uber going and coming – see service advisor Shane Macha 832-379-7135 – dropped at 8:30am – received a text at 7:45pm that my vehicle was ready for pick up (9 ½ hours after dropping off at the dealership). 5-9-25 called dealer at 7am for an uber – back in office at 8:35 with my truck – key fob still doesn’t work. Read warranty policy – the SCRATCH AND DENT ARE COVERED!!! The truck was not washed. The OBD plug was left dangling. I fixed the key fob problem without the dealer’s help (replaced LED cargo lights). 5-12-25 I called Shane Macha about the OBD plug and car wash not done. I took it back to the service department (my 6th trip) and all is now complete except for the leather scratch and bumper dent. 5-14-25 – The USB hub still does not work when hot outside (first 90 degree day). I had to troubleshoot and repair the key fob issue myself. The truck was returned to me dirty inside and out. I was promised that the dealer would only have my truck for 2 hours. They had it overnight. The service department left the OBD plug dangling down below the dash. The scratch on my leather and small dent in bumper are still not repaired. I was finally told to contact the warranty provider directly. I thought is was with Dodge / Ram. My extended warranty was supposed to cover the cost of a loaner / rental. Non was ever provided. For the first time they offered me an Uber. I walked into the service department 4 different time because I couldn’t get anyone to return my phone calls. Jim Farris More
