Service is a joke. I was told I had changed my gears out which voided the factory warranty. I had to go in the shop with them and count the gears to prove them wrong. this is not the first time I have problems with there service department my vehicle has been in the service center for almost 5 days when this particular repair was only suppose to take 4 hours. When communicating with our service advisor I can never get a straight answer and it is very frustrating because this is a ongoing problem that I have with this dealership. The only reason I take my vehicle to this dealership is because of my extended coverage obligates me to deal with this place since I purchased my jeep here. MY experience have never been good with this place and every time I try to give them a chance I get let down each and every time... my jeep is being held hostage in there service department as I type this because the refuse to fix it in a timely manner More

Service department is a big JOKE. They have had my truck for TWO weeks and it has still not been even seen by a technician. I was told when I dropped it off would be a couple days and would call me with res for TWO weeks and it has still not been even seen by a technician. I was told when I dropped it off would be a couple days and would call me with results. 4 days later i had to call and got the " waiting on the tech" line but was told I would hear back on Monday. NO CALLS. I had to call and of course my service rep was off that day but was assured he would call first thing in the morning, NO CALL I called him got the "waiting on Tech" line again but was assured once again that it would in before weekend. NO CALL. I called today Tuesday no answer on "direct" line to service rep. Called central number they did not get an answer to their call. Was assured again someone would call back NO CALL. I called service rep at end of day, got he "waiting on a Tech" answer again. So it has been TWO weeks and my truck has not even been seen yet. This has to be the WORST service department ever. Told "service" rep that I would be by in the morning to pick up my truck and take it somewhere else. More
