After I dropped it off, they took a video of my car and the person was talking fast and it was noisy. I couldn’t understand what they were saying what all my car needed. The final straw was the price was only valid right away, couldn't even leave to think about it and come back later that day. Once she knew I wasn't happy she asked me to stay until the manager came to say hi. While waiting Arin decided to ignore us and follow up with her leads on her computer. More

My service was completed with my vehicle parked at the front and I waited 35 minutes for the keys at the front to find out that the keys were already there after 35 minutes.
