The sales people are nice and the finance manager is helpful. The only problem I have is they have a lot of click bate to get you in, then comes the bate and switch. Just his last name Ram. The younger brother of the two Ram brothers that work there. This young man was great. Not pushy. Very helpful. I had a company rental at the time and after the purchase he set up a few things on my car. My phone and other GPS stuff. He also took me to enterprise to return my rental. This dealership made buying a vehicle out of state so easy. The sales manager was great. Very nice Man. The sales manager made me very happy with this purchase and dealing with Big star. This was my best vehicle buying experience every thanks to the people at this dealership. Yes I love my new vehicle and the deal I made but extremely happy with the sales manager especially at this dealership. I just want to truly thank the sales manager.
