Sales/finance was extremely courteous, professional, helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me as much of their time as I needed. My only complaint so far ... the dealership posted some of the best prices on-line, but after running numbers with the salesman found out that they automatically add a ~3 yr interior/exterior cosmetic warranty package that ran around $2300. For moral/legal purposes they should have to post this information along with their prices. I did make the purchase, with the additional bumper-to-bumper warranty, spending ~$6k more than expected. I left with the car, but without paperwork which makes me uncomfortable. With luck, hopefully any issues with the car will be taken care of while under warranty. More

We recently visited Ron Carter Hyundai in Clear Lake to look at cars for our daughter. I chose Ron Carter because of research I had done on the internet. The minute we drove onto the lot, Kilan Anderson gr look at cars for our daughter. I chose Ron Carter because of research I had done on the internet. The minute we drove onto the lot, Kilan Anderson greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the hyundai elantra and took us out for a test drive right away. We had been looking at this car for quite some time and thinking about purchasing one. Kilan made us feel like we were totally making the right decision and made everything easy and fun for us. I went online and researched the prices for the Hyundai Sonata and looked at the different dealer’s web pages to see what was being advertised for the end of the quarter in June. Ron Carter Hyundai had the best prices of any of the other dealerships in the surrounding area. I stopped by during the week for about 15 minutes and was met by Stephen Payne who is one of the sales representatives. Steve knew the Sonata inside and out as well as the competition. I told Steve I would be back that weekend with my car title and see if we could make a deal. When I arrived Saturday, Steve remembered me and my name. Steve is a great sales person and he worked hard to get my business. I also worked with the Sales Manager and was very impressed with him and his attitude to see this deal through to the end to my satisfaction. Steve was there to work with me and my wife to get the best deal possible. I did buy the Sonata and I am very glad I did buy from Ron Carter. There were a lot of little things that Steve did to make me feel welcome and that my business and my time were important. I had a great experience with no pressure, thanks Steve. More

I went to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a new car. Within 5 minutes of getting there I was greeted by Armando who was very friendly and helpful.
