I was not sidelined by anything in the buying process, but I didn't appreciate having to drive to the dealership for pricing. From the moment I emailed Ron Carter Hyundai I felt at ease. I live in New Orleans, but I couldn't find a decent deal near me. I was quickly approached by Christian Karamitsos, and offered a cold bottled water. Over the next few hours, Christian took plenty of time explaining the different models and taking me on testy drives. Christian made the car buying process easy and painless. During the deal making process Christian had the assistance of Mr. Sosa, who was like a silent partner, taking Cate of paperwork, calling the bank to get my payoff amount, anything Christian our I needed was attended to. Long story short, I bougwht twithe vehicle I wanted, with the options I wanted, and the price I needed. The process was easy and the dealership was clean and organized. When I entered Ron Carter dealership, no one bombarded me or flocked to me like vultures. They gave me space and time to think about what I wanted. When I was ready Sosa was welcoming and very patient. He walked me through the entire process with no haggling and I still had time in my day to other things, I was not held hostage like most dealerships do. When I arrived at the dealership I must say that I was a little nervous. Being a woman and all.......I thought that I would not be given as good a deal as a man (no offense). From the moment I walked into the dealership and met Christian and Tasos they treated me wonderfully! While test driving the vehicles, Tasos was very informative and answered all of my questions to satisfaction. The dealership was so incredibly busy that day (Memorial Day Weekend), but at no time did anyone ever make me feel like they were too tired to answer any of my questions. In fact, Christian and Tasos went the extra mile with me to get me a wonderful deal on my new Elantra! I couldnt be more pleased with this car!
