I was interested in buying a used car off their lot. Admittedly I came in pretty late in the day. We were close to a deal and they assured me we could work out the final details first thing in the morni Admittedly I came in pretty late in the day. We were close to a deal and they assured me we could work out the final details first thing in the morning. They hit me up for a deposit to hold the car. I started to throw out cash but had reservations. I offered that a check would be easier in case the deal didn't work out. They said it wasn't a big deal & they would hold the car until we could work out the paperwork the next day. I shook hands and left. I thought I had a friendly new dealership to work with since I was mainly buying the car to rebuild damaged credit from a failed business. Two days later I called Christian back a bit confused. He promised to call back in FIVE minutes.....That was five hours ago (and now they're closed) If they wanted to not do the deal.....1 Shouldn't have been so anxious to get my cash deposit only to balk at my check. (very shady) 2 Have the courtesy to politely let me off the hook . Make up a lame excuse if necessary. 3 xxxx tell me my credit was just too poor. More

Well I knew I wanted a Hyundai Sonata so nothing was going to change my mind on the type of car I wanted. Israel Salazar (Sales Person) approach me with a lot of respect and was not aggressive what so going to change my mind on the type of car I wanted. My wife and I were looking for a used car with a good price. Thanks again to Ron Carter they did it again. Israel helped us find the car we were looking for. The price and payments worked for us. The experience was just like back in 2000 when we were looking for a truck. I looked in the newspaper in 2000 for a good price on a truck but when we'd go look for it they always came out with we ran out. We called Ron Carter in Alvin and I spoke with a sales person and asked, if they had the truck on the newspaper he said yes. We told him if he had it for the price on the newspaper we were ready to buy it. Thank you Ron Carter for been there for us and thanks to Israel for his customer service skills. More
