my husband and i went to ron carter hyundai last thursday, january 31st, 2013 to look into buying a new 2013 hyundai sontata. My husband had spoken through emails with Veronica durning the day befor thursday, january 31st, 2013 to look into buying a new 2013 hyundai sontata. My husband had spoken through emails with Veronica durning the day before we went to view cars and had gotten all his questions answered quickly up front before even going to the dealership. She was very knowledgeable and understanding on where we wanted to be on final price and trade in value. The whole ron carter team is wonderful to work with. we were in and out in under two hours with the care we wanted for the final price we wanted as well as the price we wanted for our trade in. there was no hassle or unwelcomed feeling the entire time. i would recommande ron carter to anyone and i would buy another car from them in the furture! thank you ron carter for making my experience wonderful and pain free!!! thank you veronica for getting me into the car of my dreams i love it!!! savannah joslin league city, tx More

JERRY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION ONLINE/OVER THE PHONE AND KNEW THAT MY SCHEDULE WAS QUITE FULL (7 DAYS A WEEK.) HE KNEW THAT I REALLY NEEDED TO BUY A CAR FOR MY WIFE, B INFORMATION ONLINE/OVER THE PHONE AND KNEW THAT MY SCHEDULE WAS QUITE FULL (7 DAYS A WEEK.) I would recommend Ron Carter because of the friendly staff that we encountered during our visit. Our salesman, Gary Crow went over and beyond to find us the vehicle we had come to see. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Roberto Muller the finance manager was also very helpful in explaining things and made the process of financing a pleasure. My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We have always been a Ford family so it was difficult to switch to a new auto maker, but again our salesman Gary made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and the dealership and the fact they would stand behind the vehicle and be there to help us with anything.
