I shopped around different dealers, including two no haggle “fleet dealers” recommended by my credit union, and got the lowest deal with Jim Holsen at Ron Carter Hyundai. Jim was extremely professional, haggle “fleet dealers” recommended by my credit union, and got the lowest deal with Jim Holsen at Ron Carter Hyundai. Jim was extremely professional, and went out of his way to be very transparent during the negotiations, then spent an enormous amount of his time training my daughter to properly use her new car. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Ron Carter Hyundai in Friendswood. Especially with my sales man Tasos. I went in wanting to trade in my 2012 Genesis Coupe for a family friendly Su Ron Carter Hyundai in Friendswood. Especially with my sales man Tasos. I went in wanting to trade in my 2012 Genesis Coupe for a family friendly Suv and ended up getting a 2013 Tucson. I was ready to shop around, but was sold by Tasos' knowledge, friendliness and customer service. I got the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted and was out of the dealership within 5 hours. I went in 12/31/12, a pretty hectic day - and still had his full attention as he handled another sale at the same time. I was called back in a few days later b/c my payment and interest rate had been reduced (also had a great experience with the Finance group), when does that ever happen?? For the inconvenience of having to go back, Tasos offered to fill up my tank next time I needed it. The day I went back, Tasos was busy with a customer and his son Christian remembered me and took care of filling up my tank. Not only will I be a loyal Hyundai driver for life, I will definitely go back to Ron Carter for my next vehicle purchase :) More

I bought my Hyundai accent from Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake on a Saturday and could not have been more pleased with the whole transaction. I didn't really plan on buying a vehicle that day, in fact, I did Lake on a Saturday and could not have been more pleased with the whole transaction. I didn't really plan on buying a vehicle that day, in fact, I didn't even drive my car, but Scott Sanders made me such a great deal on my 13-year old Nissan Maxima, sight unseen, I couldn't turn it down. My daughter traded in a vehicle at the same time and both transactions only took 3 hours. That's the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership to buy a car, much less two of them. Due to the late hour when we finished the paperwork we decided to go back on Monday to take in my car and return the extra keys. Christian Karamitsos gave me a complete inventory of my car, giving me complete details about how everything worked. Both men were so nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of during the whole transaction and afterwards. I would deal with both of them again. Fair prices and good treatment is what we got at Ron Carter.. More

There were no high pressure tactics and my salesmen Kilan Anderson and Isreal Salazar were helpful and professional with an understanding of what the customer wants. Tasos ended up being my primary "go to" guy, but I also interacted with Christian a good bit. I enjoyed the fact that they were both available to me, meaning that I didn't have to wait because my "salesman" was tied-up. They are an excellent team, and Ron Carter is lucky to have them. I consider them both "Pro's" at what they do, not just looking out for themselves and their employer, but trying to make "win-win" deals for their customers. Well done! More
