Thank you for your feedback we appreciate your having shopped with us. We take our customer's concerns seriously. Ron Carter Hyundai is the #1 Hyundai store in the Houston area. We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with challenges. When regularly selling over 200 new hyundais per month misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time. The Blackbook Value offer that we mail out is contingent upon a physical insection of your vehicle including condition/equipment and verification of mileage. It was noted that your vehicle's mileage was in excess of "average mileage". Also, as disclosed in the mailer, excess miles and other deductions will reduce the final offer. Each vehicle listing/ePrice on our website states "Internet Prices include discounts and all available rebates; consumer must qualify for rebates...". Qualifying for rebates ranges from Finance Bonus Cash-that requires HMF approval to military service or current Hyundai ownership, etc. We would agree that it is possible that we may have failed to properly explain our processes to you during your visit. We will be reviewing this with our management staff as we do not ever like to see a customer leave dissatisfied. Again, we appreciate your having visited with us and apologize for any inconvenience. When you pointed out that you had not recieved all the items promised, we made a good faith attempt to "make it right". We understand that our store is not nessecarily convenient to you and we know your time is valuable. That is why we agreed upon a time and date to take care of everything, including the pinstripe. When you came in on a later date, the pinstriper was not available at that time. We offered you several options at that time but to the best of our knowledge at this time, all were refused.
