We were invited to the dealership by another salesperson who was ill and had to leave. Tyler decided to help us and he politely found the vehicles we wanted to view. Me and my daughter went in to the dealership from near Lake Charles on the eprice for the Elantra Limited. We were welcomed by the sales team at Ron Carter and they brought us to James Tengs desk. He not only ask what we are looking for in a vehicle but he took the time to get to know us, not many sales people do that!! the whole deal was finished in about 2 -3 hours, which was hard to believed when there was so many customer there at the dealership...my daughter took the delivery of the Elantra from James and she was so happy with the new car, she couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. I was originally contacted by Gary Crow, internet sales, Sunday evening around 9pm, following my request for a quote. Wow, who works so late on Sunday??? During the next week he answered my questions on the Sunday evening around 9pm, following my request for a quote. Wow, who works so late on Sunday??? During the next week he answered my questions on the cars I was looking at and we set up an appointment for Saturday. When we arrived, he was helping another customer who had arrived late. Jim Holsen, who was working with Gary Crow, was available, and gladly assisted my wife and me. We went for a test drive, where he showed me the cars features. Afterwards he even drove us to the back lot to see the different varieties of colors and interiors we were interested in. We then went inside and discussed what car and options we wanted. The combination of exterior, interior and options was not available on the lot. Fortunately, he found one that was scheduled to be delivered next Tuesday. We agreed on price after the usual negotiations and he even gave us a loaner car to drive until my new car arrived. When my new car arrived late Friday, we arranged to pick up the car the next day. When we arrived Saturday, Gary showed us the new car and explained the features. We got the keys and paperwork and we were off. Both men were very helpful, knowledgeable and provided great overall service. More
