I am an extremely picky buyer and after spending almost a month shopping for a new car I happened to end up at Ron Christian Karamitsos is the man! I am an extremely picky buyer and after spending almost a month shopping for a new car I happened to end up at Ron Carter and was fortunate enough to get Christian as my salesman. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had found the right dealership and the right salesperson. Christian greeted me with a smile and a handshake and immediately went to work searching his inventory to find the right car for my wife. He showed me several different models and thoroughly explained the differences between them all. In the end we decided to go with a 2013 Elantra GT and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Christian never once came at me with the "high pressure" sales pitch garbage that many dealerships like to throw at a customer. In fact to be honest I never felt like we received any sales pitch at all. Christian was there to answer my questions and guide us through the process BUT was always low key and never made us feel uncomfortable or as if there was an urgent need for us to purchase that day.....in fact from start to finish it took us a week before we came in and said "Make it ours!". Here is another shocker moment....I HATE giving my phone number to car sales people because you know how that plays out...they call and call and call until you want to scream at them. Despite the fact I gave my phone number to Christian I didn't receive a million phone calls asking me to come purchase a vehicle. We did receive a call from customer service after we purchased the vehicle but that was just to confirm our contact information, outside of that we have not received a single unsolicited phone call since our purchase.....can we say I'm lovin it???? Way to go Ron Carter!!!! If you hate dealing with the normal high pressure sales crap that most dealerships dish out then give Ron Carter a try and for sure ask for Christian when you arrive, you absolutely will not regret it. More

She was very knowledgeable and understanding on where we wanted to be on final price and trade in value.
