I went in wanting to trade in my 2012 Genesis Coupe for a family friendly Suv and ended up getting a 2013 Tucson. I was ready to shop around, but was sold by Tasos' knowledge, friendliness and customer service. I got the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted and was out of the dealership within 5 hours. I went in 12/31/12, a pretty hectic day - and still had his full attention as he handled another sale at the same time. I was called back in a few days later b/c my payment and interest rate had been reduced (also had a great experience with the Finance group), when does that ever happen?? For the inconvenience of having to go back, Tasos offered to fill up my tank next time I needed it. The day I went back, Tasos was busy with a customer and his son Christian remembered me and took care of filling up my tank. Not only will I be a loyal Hyundai driver for life, I will definitely go back to Ron Carter for my next vehicle purchase :) More
