I've used automobile and truck services departments for more than 50 years and can truthfully say that I've never found a provider to be as customer-friendly and service-oriented as Ron Carter Hyundai. Since moving to the Houston area two years ago, we have used Ron Carter exclusively for my wife's 2001 Hyundai Sonata. The service manager who supports our visits is detailed and responsive to our issues, provides a timely update on work status and keeps us consistently informed of the work and any other item we might consider. During our most recent visit for a minor repair, Ron Carter Hyundai went above and beyond what would normally be required to ensure our satisfaction.
