I first contacted the dealership via email and Veronica contacted me shortly afterward. We discussed pricing and I set up a time to come see vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership my daughter and I were g contacted me shortly afterward. We discussed pricing and I set up a time to come see vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership my daughter and I were greeted by Veronica and also introduced to Christian. Both of these peolple went out of their way to make us feel welcome to the dealership. Christian took us on the test drive and explained different features of the vehicle to my daughter. I wanted to purchase the vehicle and get what ever paperwork could be completed that evening in order for us to come back the following day to pick up the vehicle. Everyone from Veronica, Christian to the finance gentleman stayed late to help get this done. The whole process was the best I have ever exprienced and was flawless. The service manager who supports our visits is detailed and responsive to our issues, provides a timely update on work status and keeps us consistently informed of the work and any other item we might consider. During our most recent visit for a minor repair, Ron Carter Hyundai went above and beyond what would normally be required to ensure our satisfaction.
