My routine oil change and tire rotation service on May 30th complete with video was done in a timely manner. Paul Divila was personable and answered any questions that I had. Left the bolts out of the cover plate for my oil when the changed it last. It drug the ground for a couple of days before I figured it out. They also did not replace one of the clips on my glove box after changed it last. It drug the ground for a couple of days before I figured it out. They also did not replace one of the clips on my glove box after they destroyed it leaving half of it on my seat. They changed every setting on my seat as well. I waited 2.5 hours for this special treatment and that is with an appointment. I have had other issues and have tried to complain, all to no avail. I only still go for oil changes because I have already paid for them. The service manager won't talk to you. He says he will call but ghosts you. I will probably not buy a Hyundai again because this is the only dealer close and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I've said it before, but you have been warned! Stay away!!!!!! More
