This was my second purchase in 13 days as my first car was in an accident and totaled (not my fault) and I went back to Bill Brandt Ford where David Padilla & Kyle Caban helped me again and Kyle helped me with the Gap Insurance and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to send to them to complete the payoff of the first car. I also explained to Kyle that he had gotten me the previous Loan with Pacific Service Credit Union and wanted to stay with them if they would still keep me. Kyle sent Finance Paperwork over to them on Saturday at PSC and they not only kept me but lowered the Finance Charge from 8.99 to 8.09. Amazing! I am extremely HAPPY! More
