Stopped by to look at a pickup today, the salesman was fine, normal sales tactics. The service manager took my vehicle for a test drive and upon returning I had a 4wd issue, which my pickup has never had fine, normal sales tactics. While messing with the 4wd, Jesus Ambriz managed to get the 4wd to not engage, clunk and lock the tires. Upon exiting the vehicle he walks by, hands me the keys, and says “here” not a single word about what just happened to my pickup. If you want to do business here DO NOT LET THEM TEST DRIVE YOUR TRADE ALONE, zero trust with these guys. More

We purchased a used minivan "as is" from this dealership at a very reasonable price and the next day after taking it home a coolant leak developed when we were out for a drive far from home. Even though we had refused all add on warranties, we contacted them and were told to tow the vehicle in and they would see what happened. Even though they didn't have to, they paid for the tow ($500+) and fixed the cracked heater hose at no charge to me. Plus during the 2 days they kept the van to fix it, they also gave us a lender car at no cost. This was all really appreciated. But we are not giving a perfect rating due to my realizing later that the man who handled all the paperwork and contract signing had slipped in a theft protection plan for $300 without my knowledge.
