Once you buy a car from Bill Buck you are on your own! I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Steve Russell my salesman was wonderful.I had a problem with the car 3 days later and after many cal I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Steve Russell my salesman was wonderful.I had a problem with the car 3 days later and after many calls to the dealership (car was undrivable) they sent a mechanic to Englewood to look at the car.He came while I was at work I came home and had a message on my phone saying "it is not our problem if you take it to Crest Cadiliac they have a repair service that may be able to help" The problem was the dust cover had dropped down under the engine and was hitting the wheels and ground.My cousin came over and had it fixed in 10 minutes with 2 clips that cost $15.I would think if they sent someone to Englewood to look at the car he could have fixed it instead of the attitude from Eric I think that was his name.All I can say is BUYER BEWARE once you get the keys and they get their money you are on your own. There are to many other dealerships that would welcome a customer and I am sure would be much more helpful! More

First, the air conditioner is very loud and you cannot tilt the vents up or down.Second, I was alittle disappointed that there were no floor mats given with this brand new vehicle to protect the carpeting and I will have to go and buy my own.
