My brother purchased a new 2020 Ford F250 on October 17th. He had to take it back to the dealership because the back door did not close properly and was chipping the paint. A few days later he opened the tailgate to find 3 spots of rust!!!! We contacted the sales person who said he would need to check with the company who installed the truck bed. We never heard back from him. I then contacted the sales manager Sean Sullivan who responded once that he did not work weekends and has yet to respond to my next emails. How can a brand new truck have rust spots and what does it take to get this problem resolved. This is very unprofessional an unacceptable from a service stand point! Keep this in mind if you are purchasing a car/truck from this dealership! More
AWorst car buying experience EVER! Do not use CAMERON HUNT as your sales rep unless you enjoy misrepresentation, intentional omission of pertinent information regarding the sale (that could have cost us HUNT as your sales rep unless you enjoy misrepresentation, intentional omission of pertinent information regarding the sale (that could have cost us an extra $2000 if we hadn’t caught it ourselves) and lack of service oriented attitude. We asked about the maintenance schedule to ensure we didn’t negate our lifetime warranty and he brushed this off-. We were never told about ford pass which luckily we found out about from someone else in the office by happenstance. In addition, when we drove the car off the lot, there was an issue with the speedometer not registering properly. They agreed to fix it but was going to require additional time and inconvenience for us (In fact Cameron said “I am not telling you that you have to drive the car back to the dealership (an hour away from us)...but if you don’t it won’t be fixed”. This was ultimately rectified by the manger Angela (if you can deal with her please do so) who agreed to pick up the car for us to get it fixed. Angela was the only bright spot in an overall terrible experience. Buyer beware!! ADDENDUM-Angela followed through as promised and the speedometer was fixed. she was wonderful but I still would not deal with Cameron Hunt at dealership. More
