I responded to an internet advertisement and spoke with Dayna, the online sales representative and was encouraged to drive up from Fort Myers for the best deal in the Tampa Bay area. On site sales personal, Steve started by insisting there was a mystery 'addendum' which increased the price by $2,000. Their supervisor, Angela McCracken then made up a third story. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, and I encourage other victims to do likewise. More

My wife bought a new car from them they turned in the car dirty with satin seats and scratches and chips on the bumper so my wife filled out the survey with low score and now they will not fix the chips and dirty with satin seats and scratches and chips on the bumper so my wife filled out the survey with low score and now they will not fix the chips and scratches on the vehicle because she gave a bad survey So they are holding us hostage on fixing the problems with her escape until she fills out a good survey I will never buy a car from them again or recommend anyone to go there for any type of business More
