WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Where do I even begin. The service is perhaps one of the worst I've ever encountered. Poor workmanship, poor quality of service from the salesman Osca Where do I even begin. The service is perhaps one of the worst I've ever encountered. Poor workmanship, poor quality of service from the salesman Oscar Penalver, Kathleen Casey and Chris Hesterberg. They declined a purchase of truck I was APPROVED for because I was not going to give them a 5 star rating. The purpose of a survey is to be truthful and we were not provided 5 star quality service. To top it off, when approached by Chris Hesterberg who claimed to be a manager nut later found out he was not a manager, his delivery and demeanor was just so demeaning. As if he didn't give a crap about our dissatisfaction. When he approached me, he was swinging/clapping his hands while I spoke. The receptionist, a lovely thing she was, was also shocked at his manners. When I asked him if not giving a 5 star rating was a reason to be declined a sale, his response was "*shrugged his shoulders* I guess so". It actually gets worse. At the end I am glad they rejected my sale because everything worked out for the better. With that being said after I was approved by Ford credit the interest rate was presented to me at a 72 month term which I did not want. I asked them what the interest rate would be if I went with a 60 month term instead and Kathleen specifically advised me that no matter how many months I finance for that the interest rate would remain the same, When I went to another Ford dealership they were able to pull up my approval directly from Ford and found out that I was being lied to because the interest rate qualified for lower at the 60 month term I wanted. Please heed my warning, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. More

Bill Currie is rolling in his grave I saw a used SUV they had posted on line. I was in contact with a sales consultant for 4 days and scheduled a day & time to look at in person & purcha I saw a used SUV they had posted on line. I was in contact with a sales consultant for 4 days and scheduled a day & time to look at in person & purchase the vehicle. I was told it would be ready by a certain time. An hour and a half after the scheduled time for it to be ready it shows up completely filthy dirty with stained seats & carpet & broken items through out the vehicle. I know its a used vehicle and not expecting something new but they had at least 3 days to make any repairs and have it cleaned. I had asked for a final out the door price for days before I took the 3 hour drive over to the dealership, I never got that price. After the truck showed up I inspected it & test drove it.. I asked if they were going to be able to get the stains out of the seats & carpet and they said they could which I doubt. I did not expect them to fix the broken mirrors & body side moldings that were falling off which should have been fixed days before knowing someone was coming in to buy it. There were other minor broken items but I would have fixed them at a later time. Figuring the extended wait time, broken items, unprepared vehicle that they would have taken that off the price of the vehicle, NOT A CHANCE. They try to charge me with a $1999.00 Refurbishing Fee, What a joke, the truck was nasty dirty & multiple broken items. What did you refurbish, the dirt? Another fee was Doc Fees and another fee for Tag & Title which is Doc Fees, so trying to double dip you sneaky buggers. So in all I had to deal with 4 people total, 3 sales people and a lame manager which I told I was not expecting a new vehicle but not expecting one I would have to put $2000 in repairs in right off the bat. He told me he priced it not at the top of the scale for that vehicle in which I told him he did. So ten minutes later I finally get a price which was way more then it should have been. I gave them my bottom line which was fair for both of us and told the salesman not to come back with anything but a pen to sign the paperwork, he came back with a price $2k more then what was willing to pay for that vehicle in that shape. Needless to say I took my money elsewhere and had a nice 3 hour ride back home. What a complete waste of time and a tank of gas. Do not trust these people. Sorry I can't give a 0.0 star. Bill Currie is rolling in his grave. He would be ashamed of the 4 I dealt with. More
