Should of bought a new car if you don't want issues ! I'm being forced to change my review from positive to negative. We recently purchased a used "certified 120 point check" 2016 Ford Explorer. Ours sal I'm being forced to change my review from positive to negative. We recently purchased a used "certified 120 point check" 2016 Ford Explorer. Ours sales guy Joe Caporicci was not good at all, But that's another story. Anyway, we first looked at the car on Friday March 29th at about 7pm. The car had a totally flat battery. A tech came out and gave it a jump to get it started. After test drive, Joe basically said we are wasting our time as the payments wont be close to what we want. I guess it was too close to home time. So, we decided to come back on Saturday 30th to see if we could get a better sales guy, But he jumped on us when we came in. But this time another sales guy magically worked the numbers and got a good payment. Something Joe could not do the day before. Anyway, Next morning car would not open with remote, had to use the key. Battery was totally flat, I gave it a jump and we drove back to Bill Currie. Was told that service is closed and would need to bring it back on Monday am. So we jumped it with a starter pack every time we wanted to go out. Monday morning got a battery after a 4 hour wait. Then the weather got hot and we noticed the ac was whining and the front suspension was clunking over rough road. Took it back for service. Got a loaner and headed off. Got a call from service a while later saying ac compressor is worn internally and needs replaced and front shocks are worn out and leaking, also need replaced. The ac compressor would be covered under ford extra care with a $100 deductible and the shocks would cost $600 to replace. I told him we just bought the car and i would call sales to get it sorted. Called Geoff Patterson, he said he would look into it, get it sorted and call me back. He never called. Then i got a call from service saying that dealer will waive $100 deductible for ac compressor and that's all. I tried calling Geoff again, Multiple times and left voicemails... No reply. I also tried calling Clint Fortier, He just plain didn't answer. After a lot of unanswered calls, i drove to the dealership, of course Joe sees me coming in and asks what i need. I asked to see a manager, he told me to take a seat and he will get manager. A few minutes later Joe comes back with no manager. He said they will waive the deductible and that's all. I said we just bought the car, whats checked with the 120 point check? battery ac and shocks not checked?? He said "You should of bought a new car if you don't want issues". I said that's it? He said, "don't know what else to tell you. So i left. Got a call on friday saying the car was ready with the new ac compressor installed. It was quiet. Saturday was quiet. Sunday, the whine started coming back, Monday was back full force. Called service, was told to bring car back in on Wednesday am. Brought the car back. they said the cabin filter was clogged and crinkled causing the noise and would be $32 to replace. I didn't believe that would be the cause, he assured me it was. Sure enough on the way home car is whining again. Then i also discovered that they damaged the bottom of the front driver side fender by placing the lift pads in the wrong place squashing the bottom of the fender and pushing plastic trim out of place.. I have tried calling and emailing the Owner, Jennifer Bellomo, Guess what no reply !! so the saga continues ! More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Went to Bill Currie Ford with every intent of purchasing a used Pickup truck. Prior to arriving I researched inventory and narrowed my choices betwee Went to Bill Currie Ford with every intent of purchasing a used Pickup truck. Prior to arriving I researched inventory and narrowed my choices between 3 used F150s. I asked to see all and was only shown two. One I could drive in the parking lot, one that was still in service, and the other was never shown or located. I explained I only wanted to spend 30,000 or lower. The internet prices ranged for all three 26500 to 30600. When I said the 30600 was the nicest of the two I was then told the entire out the door was over 36000. I understand this is a business and they need to make money but the increase was extreme in my opinion. I was told 2000 was for rain x and stickers placed on all the door edges for protection and that is a fee added to all their vehicles. When I explained that the price was too high the sales person walked away, came back a few minutes later stating they removed the 2000 fee for the rain x and stickers and they were now loosing money on the sale. How do you loose money on a sale when you removed 2000 made up fees for rain x and stickers? I explained the price was still too high. Without offering another price, another vehicle option to satisfy my budget the sales person put away documents and began to walk away. I explained I wanted to buy a vehicle and some of their competition has the same trucks at lower prices. I was not offered any other assistance and was told "Nice meeting your today". That was my clue to leave. SORRY BILL CURRIE FORD FOR TROUBLING YOU TO SELL ME A VEHICLE. OH THAT'S RIGHT YOU DID NOT BUT YOUR COMPETITION DID FOR A BIT OVER MY BUDGET BECAUSE THEY WORKED WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAD SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - THANK YOU KARL FLAMMER FORD. More
